Tipper is a cow who visits and lives in your town in Animal Crossing: Wild World, New Leaf, and City Folk. She often says rude things to the player such as insulting their look. If you get to know her well enough, she may be nicer to you.

Tipper is snooty, so that means she is posh, snobby, and rude. She is very very mean and thinks only of herself. In Animal Crossing for Nintendo GameCube she will go to bed at 2:00 and awake at 9:00. In ACWW and City Folk she goes to sleep at 2:30 and wakes up at 9:00. If you become her friend she may become nicer but will still have a snooty comment here and there.
